Why doesn't the plan start when my website goes live?
Even though your website is not live to the public on your web address, it is still being hosted on our server and managed by our staff.
We include an upfront subscription payment in your website quotation to get you started - and once the subscription is due for renewal, our Accounts team will reach out and ask if you would like to pay by invoice, or direct debit.
We chat about this in the initial website consult, and it is outlined in the quote and agreement. Your website advisor will also mention this in your first meeting to discuss the website build.
We're here to help - if you'd like discuss this further, let us know.
