What is the average cost of a Web Force 5 website?
Somewhere between $2,500 - $3,500. This includes all of the functionality that comes as standard (we don’t sell modules) and locally based support. There are options to reduce the price that our consultants can explain as required.
What are the functions that are included in the Web Force 5 website system?
You get all of the functionality whether you use it or not at no additional cost. That functionality includes:

Do I have total creative freedom in relation to the design of my website?
Yes. You get a full graphic design service as a Web Force 5 customer. We work with you (or your designer) to ensure that you get the design that is appropriate for your target audience whilst servicing the business objectives you have for your website.
Do you help me grow my website or do you leave it all up to me?
We stay with you all the way. You will be assigned a locally based Account Manager who is responsible for servicing you on a day to day basis and who will facilitate a monthly website review and planning meeting. This monthly meeting is designed to ensure that your website adapts to changes in your business or your market which ensures your website remains relevant to your target audience.
Where is your website hosted?
Australia. Web Force 5 uses a commercially accredited, “Tier 1” hosting provider. We are able to provide standard low cost hosting as well as Premium hosting solutions.
How long does it take to develop a website?
The general time-frame for the entire website production process is 6 to 8 weeks. In some cases this can be completed sooner and in some cases it can take longer than 8 weeks. It ultimately depends on the size of your website, your availability for meetings, your website content and availability of your logo and other related design materials.
However, if there is a pressing urgency to get the website completed in less than 5 weeks then you may speak to your Account Manager to request a quote for a "rapid deployment". Once this quote is paid in full, we will deploy the resources required to design and deploy your website in the shortest possible time frame. We require that you make yourself available for design meetings and other content related meetings
Are there any limits to the number of products I can sell via my website?
No, there are no limits set on the number of products you can have in your online shop.
Does the Shopping Cart cater for a members login area, discounts, and various methods of accepting payments?
Yes. There are a wide variety of options for catering to specific promotions, discounts and other incentives for people that visit your shopping cart.
Can people pay by credit card directly from the website and is it secure?
Yes. The shopping cart caters for a variety of payment options and all of the payment options we provide are secure.
Do you provide Search Engine Optimisation Services?
Yes we do. We provide service for both organic and paid search campaigns.
Our website software makes it easy for you to do the bulk of what is required for organic search engine optimisation yourself hence saving you that cost. However, if you would like us to complete this on your behalf or if you have tried and not able to get the results then we can provide this assistance for a fee.
Depending on the actual service you require we may refer you on to Search Engine Optimisation / Marketing specialists however we can provide consulting specific to your requirements.
